Details: For sale is 2009 MINI Cooper John Cooper Works (JCW) edition. I ordered the car in Spring 2009 and had it delivered to Jackie Cooper MINI in April 2009. The JCW pacakge includes engine and handling upgrades over the already fast MINI Cooper S. The 1.6L four cylinder engine puts out 208hp with 192 foot pounds of torque, with 207 foot pounds of torque available during overboost. Car runs 0-60 in under six seconds, handles like a go-kart (trust me, it does especially in the corners), seats four, all while delivering an advertised 26 MPG in town and 34 MPG on the highway. While the 26/34MPG is impressive, I have been averaging right around 28 MPG in town and well better than 34 MPG on the highway (running 100% gasoline, not 10 or 15% ethanol, I have averaged almost 38 MPG on the interstate). Even with spirited driving, the MPG was still very respectable. For a running MPG total, the fuel logbook details every gas fillup and MPG since vehicle purchase. The JCW package also includes larger, red painted Brembo brake calipers on discs for both front and rear wheels. The rims on the car were for the JCW edition only, sized 215/45/17. Tires have about 45% of the treadlife left on them, but I have brand new tires that I will include at no cost with the vehicle (not mounted). The vehicle comes with many options to inlucde the Cold Weather Package (heated seats and and power folding exterior mirrors) and Premium Package (panoramic sunroof, automatic AC and cruise control). Vehicle comes standard with onboard computer (MPG, overall MPG, speed, average speed, miles remaining on tank of fuel, exterior temperature, vehicle data, etc...), six speed manial transmission (only transmission with JCW edition), CD radio with IPod/MP3 player input and cable, rear window wiper and fog lamps. Other vehicle options include Xenon headlights and rear fog lamps (an extra set of red lights in the rear bumper that are particularlly helpful in getting people off of your rear end). Vehicle is Sirrius satellite radio ready, just not hooked up. All vehicle information to include oil changes, any vehicle maintenance and every gas fillup are detailed in vehicle logbook, included with car. All original paperwork that came with vehicle will be included with vehicle.
