I learned that the dealer told people they would NOT EVER have to change fluids (On a not so great transmission design anyway). This ultimately means about every Cooper transmission goes out by 90,000 milesSo it made no sense to put a used one in... $5600We also went with a new power steering pump $700So if you´re shopping for a used mini around 50-90K miles and want the head ache of a transmission repair later..
