It has the extremely good looking but hard to find SIDEWALK package. It was the last year for the Turbo (so there is actually a reason for the scoop in the hood). The car is completely stock! Details: 2005 Mini Cooper Convertible with 46,000 miles, this is the first year of the convertible so maybe some collectible potential in the future. We are the second owner, but purchased it with only 1,500 miles, as original owner decided that he liked a 911 convertible better! Gets 30 MPG Highway and 23 in town. Has CVT automatic transmission with sport and manual shift mode...pretty fast when in sport/manual mode. Very cool sunroof feature exclusive to Mini that allows you to open front part of convertible top will driving down the highway! Options include sport package i.e. heated seats, fog lights, upgraded alloy wheels and most importantly Dynamic Stability Control. Power windows, locks, mirrors, A/C, ABS, Remote Keyless entry, Dual Front and Side impact airbags, CD player with ability to play CD´s encoded in MP3, so you can have hundreds of songs on one CD as opposed to 10-15. This vehicle has had all maintenance performed, including Schedule 1 which includes all fluids be replaced including brake, transmission, and coolant I always use mini factory parts and full synthetic motor oil. Only 12,000 miles on Yokohama Envigor tires which are a switch from factory Michelin run-flats, and luckily this car included the optional spare tire, this makes a huge difference in ride, handling and road noise. Front strut braces and camber kit installed which prevents the dreaded mini tower deformation or ´mushrooming´ and allows you to adjust the front camber. This is one issue that you definitely need to watch out for when looking for your new Mini and if it hasn´t been addressed it will be an issue at some point to the tune of $1000, or more if you go to the dealer and they will just pound down the strut tower and send you back out to do it all over again. Factory horns(yes horns) replaced with aftermarket air horn that you can actually hear, plus the factory horns are notorious for failure and Mini will take you to the cleaner to replace them. Will include factory Bentley repair manual, OEM Mini Car Cover and new OEM Drive Belt (needed when Schedule II maintenance is due) with full price offer. This car has never been in an accident, top was vandalized/cut and was replaced, will also include old top which could probably be repaired by an upholstery shop...these are a couple thousand bucks new.
