Harmon-Kardon audio system and CD player. 6 speed manual transmission. Sport suspension. Xenon headlights. Power windows and door locks. Key-less entry. A/C. Cruise control. Steering wheel mounted audio controls. Refrigerated glove box. Speed sensitive wipers. Very quick. Great gas mileage. Rear wing spoiler. Excellent tires. Needs nothing. Everything works great. Not perfect -- there are some rock chips and the front right fender has a little wrinkle in it (see large photos on Flickr).If you are not familiar with MINIs, there are two basic flavors, the Cooper (often called a ´Justa´) and the Cooper S which has an engine driven supercharger (the most recent models have a turbocharger). To quickly tell the difference, look at the intercooler scoop on the hood or the twin exhaust at the center in the rear. That´s an ´S.´ No scoop, or a just a single exhaust at the side, that´s a ´Justa.´ The Coopers are great little cars, but once I drove an ´S´ and felt the kick in the pants and heard the supercharger whine, I was hooked and knew I´d never be happy with a Justa. Things I love about this car: It is probably the best handling car on the road today and you feel like you´re driving a big go-cart. It´s quite fast and makes a good commuter car because it can zoom from any speed and fits in tiny spots. I actually laughed out loud the first time I parked in a parking space even my old Ford Focus wouldn´t fit into. It has lots of room even for big or tall guys like me. It gets great gas mileage. Commuting with about half freeway and half stop-and-go, I average about 29 mpg. On freeway trips I get about 31 mpg, and I got 34 mpg on a trip up Highway 95 to north Idaho.Just added another k miles since I just drove it to Spokane and back. Got 32 mpg on the leg from Kuna to Ritzville (more than 360 miles). Enjoyed the A/C coming back and going up the grade from Pendleton on I-84 without reducing the speed on the cruise control. Taking those 45 mph climbing turns at full freeway speed is one of the greatest feelings you can imagine. Also enjoyed the Xenon headlights which really light things up when driving the canyons between Baker City and Ontario on a dark night.
